Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Heeyuu (the "Service"), operated from Brussels, Belgium. By creating an account, accessing the Service, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or generate unusual cost or load.

2. The Service

Heeyuu aggregates public European Union funding data (calls, beneficiaries, evaluation outcomes) and provides software tools to analyse, draft and manage funding applications. The Service includes AI-generated content. AI outputs are advisory only and must be reviewed by a qualified human before submission to any funder.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Adyen. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU; this right is waived once you begin using the Service within the withdrawal period. Prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You will not:

  • scrape, mirror or republish substantial portions of the Service;
  • resell access without a written reseller agreement;
  • upload content you do not have the right to process;
  • attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication or rate-limits;
  • use the Service to generate spam, fraud or misleading proposals.

5. Intellectual property

Heeyuu and its software are owned by us. EU funding data is public-sector information used under the respective open-data licences (CORDIS, Kohesio, OpenAIRE, Eurostat, etc.). Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it to operate the Service for you.

6. AI-generated content

AI features use third-party model providers (currently Google Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral and Perplexity). Outputs may be inaccurate. We do not warrant fitness for any particular funding outcome.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost grants or lost revenue.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend with notice for breach. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
